South Florida Modern Quilt Guild is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We operate under the umbrella of the national Modern Quilt Guild. Our mission is to develop and encourage the art of modern quilting. We offer educational opportunities through classes, workshops, lectures, and sharing of information. SFMQG always seeks to support and provide opportunity for outreach or other works that provide back to the community through the use of modern quilting skills.

To achieve our goals, we are dependent upon the contributions made by our members in the form of annual dues, and on the donations received through our fundraising efforts.

Our membership, the visitors to our website, and the subscribers to our newsletter are an audience that are specifically interested in quilting, sewing, and crafts. We are now offering several opportunities for advertisers and sponsors to reach our audience, and in doing so also feel good about supporting the work of our guild.

The following Agreement must be signed digitally when placing an advertisement.

Classified Online Advertising Agreement
 
I hereby acknowledge that by making payment and selecting “I Agree”, I am entering into the following Agreement, the date of which shall correspond with the payment date.

This Agreement is  made and entered into between South Florida Modern Quilt Guild  (“SFMQG”) and the person making payment (“Client”), in respect of advertising services on a web site identified as southfloridamqg.com  ("Website").

The parties agree as follows:

1. Advertisement Display and Services

SFMQG agrees to publish the Advertisement on the Website for a period of one or two calendar months (as indicated when payment is made). If the Client desires to remove the Advertisement from the Website prior to the end of this period, the Client must request SFMQG in writing. No refund will be made for such early withdrawal of Advertisement.

2. Liability

Client shall be fully responsible and liable for the content contained in the Advertisement. SFMQG is not responsible for, and in no way warrants, guarantees, endorses or ratifies, the representations made or implied in the contents.

3. Acceptance

SFMQG reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the Advertisement submitted. Advertising will be limited to items and services of interest to quilters.

4. Disclaimer

The services and site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied and any use of the services or Website are at Client’s sole risk. SFMQG does not warrant that the services or Website will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does SFMQG make any warranty as to the performance or any results that may be obtained by use of the services or Website.
