Sarah Ruiz of Sarah Ruiz Quilts is from Houston. She describes herself as a quilter by night and a NASA engineer by day. Sarah has written a blog called saroy for more than 20 years. She'll discuss what inspires her and how she turns her inspiration into quilts.
