Quilting Without Injury
At our February meeting, Alaine Blessman will present valuable information on avoiding carpal tunnel, how to set up your sewing station ergonomically, preventing back pain while sewing, and stretches to perform when you have a marathon sewing session.
Alaine is a candidate for a PhD in Physical Therapy. Please complete her on line survey "Quilting without injury" . Hard copies of the survey will also be available at the meeting.
